I. Preparation.

2. Adjust the width of the guide rail until it is the same as the width of the PCB board to be produced.
II. The number of steps to feed the board and the location of the exit point setting (need to be in the manual state and the lifting table in the lower limit position):
1. Step setting: key to select Pitch 1 2 3 4
2. Board out adjustment: 3.
3. manually adjust the pusher in the middle of the PCB to be produced.
4 . Confirm that the machine can feed the board smoothly (a piece of out of the board point position)
5. Press the auto key (switch to auto)
6. Press the reversion key (the lift table automatically descends to the lower limit point and then rises back to the position of one piece of board out point)

III. Feeding
1. Adjust the anti-static material rack to the same width as the PCB board to be produced, load the PCB board and put it into the loading table on the board loading machine.
2、Press the automatic key in the operation panel of the board loading machine.
IV. The safety operation requirements.
1. Please pay attention to the correct working voltage and air pressure when starting the machine.
2. When the automatic operation, unless in an emergency, press the emergency button, the rest of the keys are recommended not to use.
3. Prohibit staff to lean or rely on the machine.
4. When lifting the trolley, do not put your hands around the material frame.
5. Pay attention to adjusting the spacing of the loading frame, it is easy to drop the board when it is wide, and easy to jam the board when it is tight.
6. Pay attention to adjust the width of the conveyor belt, wide will easily lead to fall off the board, tight will easily lead to jamming.
